Great for men who use incontinence pads

These briefs are great for men who use incontinence pads ie depend mens guards. I have tried a couple of adaptive briefs and these are tied for 1st.
They tie with undercare brand. The undercare are not as comfortable but they attach at the waistband then you can attach the crotch. This makes it super easy to change the guard while keeping the briefs around your waist.
Im very happy with my purchase and ordered 4 more pair selling out the small size in the natural color.

Adaptive underwear for helping with special needs

Having health issues, i’m unable to fly without wearing an adult diaper. After 2 different incidents of having to show those to TSA, i now prefer to put that on after the checkpoint. Which means I want something to wear before that. These adaptive briefs make it so easy to change between them and an adult diaper in a public bathroom without having to deal with taking my pants and shoes off. Plus, they are actually very comfortable to wear, can’t even feel the velcro, and have full support.
