You don't want your money back — you want the piece to fit. So the first move is a free swap for the right size. Most fit issues end here, and nothing about your order changes except the size on the label.
Skin doesn't agree?
A different size won't help a reaction. So here the remedy is yours to choose — swap for a different fabric, take store credit, or get your money back in full. Even after you've worn and washed it.
The small print, kept honest
- First order only. This is for trying us for the first time. If you've ordered before, you already know how our cotton sits — though a construction you've never worn is a fresh unknown, and we cover that too.
- Orders of $100+. The guarantee applies to qualifying orders at or above $100.
- One claim per customer. One honored claim per person, across the order, your choice of remedy.
- Buy July 1–7. The promo window is one week. The guarantee itself then runs from whenever your order is delivered.
- Just tell us what happened. No forms-in-triplicate. A sentence on whether it was fit or skin is all we ask — it tells us which track you're on.
